Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by RVA DJ Sandman LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

1.1. RVA DJ Sandman LLC provides DJ services for events, parties, and gatherings in the Richmond, Virginia area (“Services”). The scope and details of the Services will be agreed upon in a separate contract or agreement between us and the client (“Client”).

1.2. The Services provided by RVA DJ Sandman LLC may include music, sound equipment, lighting, and other related services as agreed upon with the Client.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. To book our Services, the Client must provide the necessary information, including event details, date, time, and location. A deposit or full payment, as agreed upon, may be required to secure the booking.

2.2. The Client agrees to pay the remaining balance for the Services no later than two days before the event, unless otherwise specified in the contract or agreement.

2.3. In the event of cancellation by the Client, any deposits paid may be subject to non-refundable fees as outlined in the contract or agreement.

3. Responsibilities and Conduct

3.1. RVA DJ Sandman LLC will provide professional and reliable DJ services as agreed upon with the Client. We will strive to meet the expectations outlined in the contract or agreement.

3.2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the desired music genres, special requests, and any relevant venue restrictions or guidelines.

3.3. The Client agrees to treat the RVA DJ Sandman LLC team and equipment with respect. Any intentional damage caused by the Client or their guests may result in additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. RVA DJ Sandman LLC retains all rights to any intellectual property, including but not limited to music mixes, playlists, or original content created as part of the Services.

4.2. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the intellectual property provided by RVA DJ Sandman LLC without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. RVA DJ Sandman LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the Services by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the contract or agreement.

6.2. In the event of termination, any payments made by the Client may be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the contract or agreement.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, United States.

8. Modifications

8.1. RVA DJ Sandman LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the Client in writing.
